We bought flatiron last night, actually. "Paleron" here. We're saving it for dinner tonight, but I think it'll take a few days, at least, before I'm back to blogging. Last night we had pan-fried Dorade with a wine sauce; mushroom wheat pilaf; baby gem and endive salad with tomato, avocado, and a tarragon vinaigrette.
oh, mlle. purp. when do you expect that we will hear from you. i would like you to make escalope de veau avec sauce normade. recovery act money may be available.
